Refund policy

Os na fyddwch yn hapus gyda'r eitemau a dderbynniwch, yna bydd modd i chi ei/u dychwelyd o fewn 14 diwrnod o'i/u derbyn.

Rhaid i'r eitemau fod yn yr union gyflwr a phan ddosbarthwyd i chi, neu efallai na fydd modd inni ad-dalu'r swm. Os na fydd y cyflwr yn ddigonol yna byddwn yn danfon y nwyddau yn ôl i chi, ac yn anffodus ni fydd modd inni eich ad-dalu.

Os bydd eitem yn wallus, Awen Teifi fydd yn gyfrifol am dalu'r pris cludiant ychwanegol. Cyfrifoldeb y cwsmer bydd trefnu a thalu cost cludiant er mwyn danfon nwyddau yn ôl mewn unrhyw achos arall.

If you are unhappy with the items you receive, it is possible to return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be in the exact condition as of the time of despatch, as we might be unable to complete a refund. If the items do not meet our standards we will therefore return the items back to you and we will not be able to refund the cost.

If an item is faulty, Awen Teifi will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. In the case of a standard or any other return, it is the customer's responsibility to organise and pay the shipping cost.
