Shipping policy

Gwelir yr amryw o ffyrdd y gallwch dderbyn eich archeb isod.

Ceisiwn gwblhau ac anfon eich archeb o fewn 2 - 4 diwrnod gwaith, yn ddibynnol ar argaeledd yr eitemau. Er hyn, ceisiwn ddosbarthu eich archeb mor gyflym â phosib ym mhob achos. Gofynnwn i chi fod yn amyneddgar yn ystod y cyfnod yma o newid mawr, ac efallai bydd ychydig o oedi sydd tu hwnt i'n gallu.

Os oes unrhyw anhawster gyda'ch archeb, byddwn mewn cysylltiad ar unwaith er mwyn ei ddatrys.

Cludiant

Gwasanaeth y Post Brenhinol yw modd arferol ein cludiant, a cheisiwn i'ch archeb eich cyrraedd mor gyflym â phosib. Nid ydym yn gyfrifol am unrhyw oedi a brofir o'r pwynt y byddwn yn postio eich archeb.

Ar gyfer archebion mawr, byddwn yn defnyddio gwasanaeth Parcelforce Worldwide.

Cludiant arferol : £3.50
Cludiant ar gyfer Tocynnau Anrheg : £1.00

Casglu o'r siop

Mae modd i chi Clicio a Chasglu fel petai, o'r siop. Gofynnwn yn garedig i chi aros ychydig o ddyddiau cyn ei gasglu er mwyn inni sicrhau bod eich archeb yn gyflawn.

Rhown wybod i chi pan fydd eich archeb yn barod i'w gasglu, felly sicrhewch eich bod yn ychwanegu rhif ffôn yn y man talu, er mwyn eich cysylltu!

Fan Ddosbarthu Awen Teifi

Mewn rhai achosion, bydd eich archeb yn cyrraedd yn fan newydd Awen Teifi ac nid y fan bost! Bydd hyn yn ddibynnol ar leoliad ac amser.

We aim to complete and despatch your order within 2 - 4 business days, solely dependant on the availability of your items. However, we aim to despatch your order as quick as possible in every case. We kindly ask for your patience during this period of immense change as there might be some delays out of our reach.

If we experience any difficulty with your order we will contact you immediately.

Shipping

Our standard shipping will be Royal Mail, and we aim for your order to be delivered as quick as possible. We are not responsible for any delays experienced after the point of posting.

For larger orders, we will be using Parcelforce Worldwide.

Shipping for Gift Vouchers : £1.00

Collecting from the shop

If you would like to Click and Collect, please choose the Local Pickup shipping option at the checkout. We kindly ask that you wait a few days before collecting your order, to ensure that we have completed and finalised your order and that it is ready for you to do so.

We will contact you when it is ready so please ensure that you leave contact details when completing your order!

Awen Teifi’s delivery van

In some cases, your order might arrive in our new delivery van rather than the post van! This will be dependant on time and location.
