The various scenes provided within the resource have been designed in line with characteristics of Outcome 2 across four Profile Learning Areas of the Foundation Phase . For each scene there is; - a sketch of the main features within each particular scene - a set of closed and open-ended questions to stimulate discussion - a list of specific vocabulary for that scene - a range of activity ideas - an opportunity to further develop a large number of practical,, physical, independent, creative, personal, linguistic and mathematical skills of the child To coincide with the A3 flipbook, there is a colourful brochure that identifies the exact profile declarations of the Foundation Phase, from the bronze achievement, to Outcome 6 in the four Learning Areas.
